Designed with the community in a theme of “Reflections of the Bay,” the Lesner Bridge is a new signature bridge for the City of Virginia Beach. The twin eastbound and westbound bridges have 10 spans totaling a length of 1,575’ each. The more open structure achieved by the reduced number of piers in the waterway has opened up views of both the Chesapeake Bay and the Lynnhaven Inlet.
